All initial services are undertaken on a no-cost and no-obligation basis – from personal presentations, engineering site surveys, quotation and layout designs through to final proposals.

Our surveyors will take an accurate measurement of your warehouse area along with detailed information about your material handling equipment and stock. Our design engineers will interpret this information to provide a bespoke storage layout for your consideration. We can also work with customer blueprints and historical information if you require a quick budgetary quotation or in instances where access to the site is restricted.

Our centralized UK-based global project management team and customer log-in website service ensures that you have access to the very latest drawings and information relating to your proposals at all times.

LOGISTICS

We have extensive experience of shipping our products worldwide and have built strong relationships within the logistics industry to provide you with the best rates and service available in the market. We can deliver products via road, sea and air with full consignment tracking.

Our installation crews are based throughout the USA, Europe, the Middle East and Pacific Regional but we can also provide installation management services if you would prefer to use your own workforce or local nationals. Installation options include turn-key service, workforce training or provision of technical manuals.

All of our installation crews have undertaken rigorous training to ensure the very highest in standards and safety. Comprehensive operator product and safety training is provided along with safe usage poster and load capacity labels.
