All of our rack systems are designed according to Rack Manufacturers Institute (RMI), European Federation of Materials Handling (FEM) and Universal Building Code (UBC) guidelines, which consider seismic activity.

Seismic forces acting on any rack structure affects the stability of the rack, necessitating some upgrades to bracing patterns and floor anchor embedment in certain cases.

We consider each project on a case by case basis and asses the following elements to identify the necessary system upgrades:

• Seismic zone
• Height of the structure
• Weight rating of the rack
• Addition of mast and bridge
